Trademark protection in the alcohol industry<\/h2>\n\n

Building a strong trademark is of central importance for companies in the wine, beer and spirits industry in order to stand out from the competition and promote customer loyalty. Not only word and figurative trademarks play an important role in this, but also three-dimensional trademarks such as bottle shapes or label designs.
